Event Policies
Limited Refund Policy for Registration
We appreciate your interest and participation in our events. To ensure the best experience for all attendees and maintain the quality of our event, we have a strict no-refund policy. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before registering for the conference:

Limited Refundable Registrations: After registering for a NICCA event, cancellations made up to two (2) month of the first day of the event will receive a 50% refund of the amount of the registration, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made within two (2) month of the first day of the event are not eligible for a refund.

Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to personal circumstances, travel issues, or changes in schedule.

No Credits for Future Events: We do not offer credits or transfers of registration fees to future events. Each registration is specific to the event for which it was purchased and cannot be applied to any other events, conferences, or activities hosted by our organization.

Transfer of Registration: Registration may be transferred to another individual up to 14 days in advance of the event. Within 14 days of the event, transfers will incur a $50 processing fee. Please provide the full name and contact details of the person who will be taking your place.

Unpaid Registrations: In order to provide the best service for all, registrations not paid within 30 days will be automatically canceled. Individuals wishing to attend the event must re-register at the current rate of registration.
