About the Event

The Office of Child Care (OCC) is hosting a series of CCDF Tribal Plan Pre-Print Trainings across the country to support Tribal Lead Agencies in preparing for the FFY 2026–2028 CCDF Tribal Plan submission. These in-person trainings are designed to provide guidance, answer questions, and ensure Tribal Lead Agencies have the resources they need for a successful plan submission.


Each training session will include:

✅ An overview of the CCDF Tribal Plan process

✅ Guidance on completing the Pre-Print form

✅ Opportunities to connect with OCC Regional Office staff

✅ Discussions on best practices and challenges


Training Locations & Dates:

📍 Tulsa, OK | March 18-20 | Regions VI & VIII

📍 Phoenix, AZ | March 25-27 | Regions IX & X

📍 Miami, FL | April 1-3 | Regions I, II, III & IV

📍 Milwaukee, WI | April 8-10 | Regions V & VII


Who should attend?

This training is designed for Tribal Lead Agencies preparing to submit their FFY 2026–2028 CCDF Tribal Plan.
