New OCC Resources on State and Territory CCDF Plans and Policies

The Office of Child Care (OCC) released three new fact sheets summarizing data from the FY 2025-2027 Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) State/Territory Plan that were submitted by Lead Agencies last fall. The fact sheets focus on important policy priorities, including CCDF income eligibility limits, family co-payments, and provider payment rates.

OCC has also updated its website with links to each State and Territory’s FY 2025-2027 CCDF Plan and submitted Appendices. The Appendices completed by Lead Agencies summarize the State or Territory’s non-compliances and outline their proposed action steps for fully implementing their CCDF programs.
